Thank you for your ongoing support of Twin Cities Veterinary Surgery. We are grateful for the trust and confidence you continue to show us every time we visit your clinic. There will be an increase in the surgery fees for 2025-26. The fee schedule is included in this mailing but can also be downloaded at any time thru the veterinarian portion of the web site (password: $urgeryfee). The increase in fees will not start until January 1, 2025. However, we will honor all 2024 price quotes for procedures scheduled before the new year.

For your convenience a web site for Twin Cities Veterinary Surgery is available, www.tcvs-mn.com. Features accessible thru this site include: general information regarding TCVS, informed consent forms for clients, surgical descriptions and postop care recommendations, a referring clinic patient management protocol, the fee schedule, and a site thru which digital radiographs and e-mails can be sent. We are also offering Nocita (local anesthetic that lasts 72 hrs.) as a pain- management option for our patients. The charge is $3.45/lb for the patient. The charge will be added to the surgery fee for those clients/clinics that choose to utilize this product. A cancellation fee has been adopted to our scheduling practice. All clinics are called 48 hours prior to surgery to confirm the scheduled procedure(s). If the clinic or client cancels/no shows less than 48 hrs prior to the procedure, a $300 cancellation fee is sent to the clinic. Many clinics are requiring a deposit from the clients at the time of scheduling to encourage communication and avoid last minute cancellations.

I am including a detailed description of the patient management roles performed by the surgical team as well as the referring veterinary clinic staff during our visit to your hospital. Hopefully this clear description of patient management responsibilities will make for a smoother and less stressful visit for everyone.

All radiographs sent to TCVS will be reviewed free of charge to any clinic that utilizes our surgical service. I will review radiographs sent via e-mail ([email protected]) and then contact you via email or telephone with the radiographic findings and treatment recommendations.
